Ann is a passionate, visionary leader with strategic and analytical skills that get ideas into action.  After graduating from Boston College, she entered the Filene’s training program.  She worked as a buyer for 14 years in Designer/Bridge & Special Occasion Dresses, Men’s Sportswear, and Cosmetics; 4 years buying Clinique, M.A.C., Origins & Clarins.  In 2001, she was promoted to Divisional Merchandise Manager overseeing the Children’s buying division and in 2004 she became the DMM of Dresses/Suits where she managed a $90 million business with $185 million in annual receipts in 103 stores in 10 states.  With the opening of Rouge, she realized her lifelong desire to open and run her own business.  “I believe women and men want to shop closer to home, where they can receive personalized, friendly service in a more intimate setting, and have access to niche products without having to travel into Boston.  It has been my pleasure to fulfill that need.”

Andrea began her career in the Makeup Industry after graduating from Salem State College in 1992. Over the past 15 years she has enjoyed representing Clinique, Estee Lauder, Trish McEvoy and MAC Cosmetics. She has trained many makeup artists on how to utilize her techniques that produce flawless complexions, beautifully defined eyes and perfectly tinted lips. Her success has come through listening to each of her client’s individual needs and then designing a custom makeup look that reflects their own unique beauty.

Clients seek Andrea out because they know they will get honest advice, beautifully applied makeup and enjoy working with her. Andrea puts new clients instantly at ease by making them feel comfortable, respected and most importantly they leave her feeling their absolute best.

Andrea’s vast experience includes working at fashion shows for the following retailers Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, Filene’s and Macys.

Wedding makeup is a specialty of Andrea’s. She has been a part of countless brides’ special day and receives many referrals from ecstatic clients who are thrilled with how they look in person as well as the all important photographs.

Marlo Freedman began her career in the beauty industry as a supervisor at The Barbizon Modeling School. During her time there she worked many fashion shows including the Elle Girl Magazine show for upcoming designers.

She also was instrumental in launching Victoria’s Secret Very Sexy Makeup Line in Copley Square, Boston store.

In 2006 Marlo trained with the renowned David Nicholas and received her certification in Advanced, Commercial and Master Makeup.

She also received her Esthetician’s License from Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in 2006 and has been working as a freelance makeup artist for 3 years, specializing in prom and bridal.

Jessie Stockbridge has enjoyed a multi-faceted career which began in 2004 when she attended Paul Mitchell The School in Rhode Island, graduating as a licensed cosmetologist. In 2005 she attended the prestigious Ultimate University in Austin Texas and was certified as an East Coast Makeup Artist.

She has worked with the Dennis Quaid – Lights, Camera, Fashion Fundraiser in Austin, and was the makeup artist for the Roca Wear clothing catalog.

In 2006 Jessie was recognized by American Salon Magazine for her flawless work with hair extensions. In addition to hair styling she is a freelance makeup artist with a unique flair for colors and is skilled in contouring and corrective makeup.

Manda Carco began her career as a makeup artist, hair stylist and fashion stylist while modeling. She learned that hair, makeup and styling were the true essence of creativity. Realizing that makeup artistry was her true calling she attended the Empire Beauty School and received her Certificate of Cosmetology.

While working with many leading photographers she has gained invaluable experience in lighting and makeup techniques. Manda has perfected the natural makeup look as well as runway and editorial styles. Manda’s work has been featured in Lollipop Magazine, as well as ad campaigns for Laine Couture , Johnny Cupcakes and Folter Clothing.

Manda brings her dynamic personality, sense of fashion trends, and fresh approach with makeup to every client she works with.
