Ann is a passionate, visionary leader with strategic and analytical skills that get ideas into action.  After graduating from Boston College, she entered the Filene’s training program.  She worked as a buyer for 14 years in Designer/Bridge & Special Occasion Dresses, Men’s Sportswear, and Cosmetics; 4 years buying Clinique, M.A.C., Origins & Clarins.  In 2001, she was promoted to Divisional Merchandise Manager overseeing the Children’s buying division and in 2004 she became the DMM of Dresses/Suits where she managed a $90 million business with $185 million in annual receipts in 103 stores in 10 states.  With the opening of Rouge, she realized her lifelong desire to open and run her own business.  “I believe women and men want to shop closer to home, where they can receive personalized, friendly service in a more intimate setting, and have access to niche products without having to travel into Boston.  It has been my pleasure to fulfill that need.”

Heather Crosbie is an accomplished, talented makeup artist who enjoys helping clients find a customized look that brings out their confidence and beauty. Her passion for makeup artistry influenced her to start her own studio, where she practiced and educated clients on beauty, bridal, and high fashion makeup. Heather’s professional experience spans film, music, beauty, bridal, high-fashion, retro, character, prosthetics, and special effects.

Throughout her career Heather has trained with some of the industry’s most well-known makeup artists. She trained with local Celebrity Makeup Artist, Debra Macki, and most recently Heather obtained her Film and Television Certificate from the Cinema Makeup School in Los Angeles, CA. There she received extensive expert training in high fashion, special effects, and prosthetic makeup from some of Hollywood’s renowned artists.

Heather has an extensive and diverse background, including a B.S. in Graphic Design from Northeastern University, as well as a M.S. in Management from Emmanuel College. Some of Heather's work includes the film, "Serial Buddies", the Miss Massachusetts and Miss Teen Massachusetts USA pageants, Los Angeles Fashion Week, and working with recording artists Jada.

After studying dance at Roger Williams University and performing professionally throughout New England, Shauna discovered her love of make-up , while creating stage looks for herself and other dancers. Shauna then trained with Shu Uemura and MAC cosmetics. Her extensive freelance work consists of bridal, print, runway, theatre, cinema and instructional.

Throughout her nine year career, Shauna has designed looks for People magazine, Michelle Obama, Panorama magazine, Boston Bruins, Dynasty modeling agency and her work was also featured in the film “House of Usher.”

Shauna’s beautiful smile and the artistry she wields with the stroke of her brushes puts every client at ease. She has helped countless clients look and feel more beautiful for their special wedding day, events and proms!

Jessie Stockbridge has enjoyed a multi-faceted career which began in 2004 when she attended Paul Mitchell The School in Rhode Island, graduating as a licensed cosmetologist. In 2005 she attended the prestigious Ultimate University in Austin Texas and was certified as an East Coast Makeup Artist.

She has worked with the Dennis Quaid – Lights, Camera, Fashion Fundraiser in Austin, and was the makeup artist for the Roca Wear clothing catalog.

In 2006 Jessie was recognized by American Salon Magazine for her flawless work with hair extensions. In addition to hair styling she is a freelance makeup artist with a unique flair for colors and is skilled in contouring and corrective makeup.

Alanna’s career as a make-up artist began in 1999, while she was attending school for photography. This background gave Alanna a natural understanding of how make-up translated to film and these skills led her to a career with MAC cosmetics in Boston and then M.A.C. PRO, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In 2007, Alanna moved back east and worked for NV Perricone Cosmeceuticals until 2009, when she returned to her roots as a make-up artist and started her own freelance business.

Alanna’s work has appeared on HBO, E! ,Entertainment , Lifetime, and in Cinematique/Fangoria and After Hours magazines. Celebrity clients have included :Pamela Anderson, Rachel Hunter, Adrianne Curry(America’s next top model-cycle 1), photographer David La Chapelle, Blue Man Group, Natalie Cole, The GoGo’s and news anchors for Boston channels 5 &7, Las Vegas channel 13 and MSNBC news.
