Hi Alanna and Ann, It was great to meet you at Rouge last week. I love my new cosmetics, and they continue to provide the lift that I was looking for to rid me of the winter blues! Boston, MA 9/15/2010 I was an evening walk-in looking for some recommendations for bridal makeup for my destination wedding. Shauna helped me right away and walked me through the GloMinerals makeup she recommended. More than that she prepped my skin and proceeded to do a mini-trial of the foundation to find the right color. I walked away with exactly what I needed, and was very very pleased with the exceptional service! No pushiness, no attitude, no overblown makeup choices - just warm, good natured experts who treat you like a friend.

"I was in last week to have a makeup lesson for my upcoming wedding. I just wanted to write and thank Manda for doing such a great job. She listened to what I wanted and nailed the look right away! I have had my makeup done in the past, and have NEVER been happy with it. I was very pleased with the products that Manda recommended, and even more, with the look that she created for me. I left feeling excited and confident about doing my own wedding makeup for my destination wedding. I wish I could bring Manda with me! I might have to stop in for a little brush up lesson for the amazing eye look that she gave me!"

"I truly love Rouge. Since the first time I walked in last year, I have had great experiences there. The first time was when I finally ran out of some old Aveda make up and found that Aveda no longer made the colors I used. I went to the Nars counter at Lord & Taylor and found Nars, but they didn't have the colors I liked (only on display). So I went to Rouge where Marlo worked w/me on finding what works best for me. We found it and I walked out of there feeling very confidant. What I liked about Marlo was that I didn't feel like she was pushing anything on me, she helped me find what I needed and showed me some application tricks as well. She really met my needs. Since then I have gone in for other items and have been extremely happy w/all of my purchases. My mother and I had a great time there two Saturdays ago for a Caudalie promotion w/facials. The facials were awesome and on top of that, Marlo and Andrea gave us makeovers. In fact, when I asked Andrea to reapply what I had on, she said, "No way. Ever since the first time you came in here I have wanted to do your eyes. Sit down you are getting them done." And wow, did she do them! I should mention that I am typically a minimalist when it comes to makeup, but Andrea did things that I never would have thought of. In the wrong cosmetics shop this could be a bad thing, but this is another example of why rouge is the right cosmetics shop. Andrea really made my eyes stand out and made them gorgeous! I have been thinking about it ever since. So if you want to do something new, or just pick up more of your "old reliables", I think you'll be happy you walked into Rouge."
